I turn 30 this year which is both horrifying and exciting in equal measure. Whilst I still look pretty youthful (so far), the truth is, the clock is now against me which is why I've vowed this year to start taking better care of my skin, in particular my under eyes.

Whilst I have a decent skincare routine on the whole, time after time I neglect to apply an eye cream. The under eye area is incredibly sensitive, not to mention one of the first areas on the face to show signs of tiredness. I might be wrinkle free for now, but I'm not free of eye bags, so I've been using a new eye cream from one of my favourite skincare brands, Antipodes, to try and reverse the effects as quickly as possible.

The Manuka Honey Skin-Brightening Eye Cream contains Persian silk flower to help hydrate and freshen under-eye tissue. Manuka honey itself has world-renowned moisturising and anti-inflammatory qualities which makes this formulation perfect for hydrating and brightening the under eye area. Since using the cream, my under eye bags have reduced in colour, and the area looks plumper and more rested. The cream itself is fast absorbing which means it's perfect for both morning and evening use.

The Antipodes Manuka Honey Skin-Brightening Eye Cream retails for £36 which is expensive, but as Antipodes is a high-quality, luxury brand and the pot goes a long way it works out as fairly cost effective. Antipodes can be picked up from online retailers such as Beauty Bay or Planet Organic.
