The transition into the colder part of the year is the time that I like to really give my skincare regime a boost. The lack of sunshine and cold air means that skin is often left feeling dry and looking lacklustre, so providing your skin with that extra bit of TLC can ensure you still look as radiant as you did during the summer.

As my winter skincare regime is a bit more rigorous than in summer, I tend to use a mixture of products and don't always stick to the same thing each time. With that being said, there are a selection of products that I use religiously over this period because I find they work best for me.

As a beauty blogger, I know the importance of taking my makeup off properly so love to use the Liz Earle Hot Cloth Cleanser* to make sure any traces of makeup are eradicated from my skin. Using the warm cloth on my skin is a real pleasure particularly when it's so cold outside, so this feels very much like a winter product to me.

To moisturise my skin, I absolutely love Caudalie's Vinosource range - in particular their Moisturising Sorbet*. This moisturiser has a gel-cream texture that feels light on the skin and absorbs instantly. Despite it's light texture, it's incredibly moisturising and immediately packs hydration into the skin. Whilst I like to interchange with a richer moisturiser every few days, the Caudalie Moisturising Sorbet is perfect for every day use.

Last but not least, I love to use the Pixi by Petra Makeup Fixing Mist* each morning. This is a refreshing facial mist that is designed to enhance the longevity of your makeup, ensuring your skin remains flawless from morning to night. The pink mist is infused with rose water and green tea to replenish precious moisture, re-establish equilibrium and provide antioxidant protection - as well as soothing and revitalising the complexion throughout the day.

What are your go to skincare products for this time of year?
