Dove Express Treatment Intensive Repair Conditioner*
I've blogged about this already this month but this has done wonders for my ombred hair, helping to make it feel nourished and reduce split ends. If you want to read more about my thoughts, you can do so here.
L'Oreal Skin Perfection Micellar Solution
I've been using this for coming up to two weeks and have loved it. Whilst I know that facewipes do the skin no favours, I've never been able to completely rid my routine of them - however since using this micellar water, I've not repurchased any wipes. I reviewed Superdrug's B Pure Micellar water a few months ago and enjoyed it, but I prefer this as it doesn't sting my eyes and seems to be lasting longer.
Rimmel Mono Eyshadow - Spicy Bronze
Believe it or not, I picked this up in Poundland for £1 and have worn it nearly every day since. Athough this is recommended to compliment blue eyes, I've found it really helps to accentuate the green in my eyes and I think it looks really pretty. It's been the perfect 'work' shade, and I've enjoyed layering it over Maybelline's Color Tattoo in On & On Bronze (another favourite).
MAC Soft & Gentle MSF
I mentioned this in my Blogsale Bargains post, as I nabbed this at a discounted price on another girl's blog and I've been loving it. It's such a pretty shimmery tan finish that I think really suits the olive tone to my skin and is perfect for adding a glow.
Sleek Rose Gold Blusher
Oops, another product with it's own separate review this month - but the much coveted Rose Gold blush from Sleek has adorned my cheeks on many an occasion this month. It's a beautiful peach-pink shade with a strong gold sheen that looks lovely, and works as a multi blush-highlight combo.
Macadamia Healing Oil Treatment*
I got this hair oil in a goody bag at a recent blog event, and have heard many good things about the brand. It's recommended for styling or finishing the hair, but I've been using it as a traditional hair oil treatment and have found it nourishes my hair that extra little bit when I use it on damp hair. I couldn't guarantee I'd repurchase it, but it's certainly made me consider trying other products from the brand.
Essie Nail Polish - Blanc
I'd wanted a white polish for a while, and have been really pleased with Essie's Blanc. It's a creme white that takes 2-3 coats to reach opacity. I think it looks gorgeous with a bit of a tan, and more recently I've enjoyed layering Model's Own Ibiza Mix over the top.
What do you think of my monthly favourites? What are yours?
Thanks for sharing haha xo

I love Soft and Gentle, it's gorgeous. I haven't bought any face wipes since using the L'Oreal Micellar Water either, my skin's thanking me! xx

Gah I need that blush and the micellar water... Love your picks! I skipped last month too. Hopefully I get around to doing one this month :)
ReplyDeleteHave you tried Bioderma?
ReplyDeleteHow would you rate the l'oreal product compared to that?
I've been wanting to try it but I'm not sure whether to save up for the bioderma.

That blusher is an amazing colour! Does it come out really bright? Think I might accidentally make a purchase!
